order to strengthen the information network construction of public
procurement in education sector, formulate a uniform and regulated
distribution channel and upgrade the openness and transparency of
public procurement, the Educational Public Procurement Center of
the Ministry of Education established the ZFCG. EDU.CN in Dec. 2005.
ZFCG.
EDU.CN is a professional website sponsored and designed by EPPC
of MOE for ordinary management of public procurement information
in education sector within the nation. Its
internet domain is the abbreviation of Chinese Pinyin for educational
public procurement: ZFCG. EPPC is in charge of ordinary development
and design, domain registration, system construction, propaganda
and promotion, and management of daily operation. ZFCG.EDU.CN
includes “policy issue”, “procurement notice”, “outcome of
procurement”, “information reference”, “theory and practice”,
etc.
In its initial period it mainly makes procurement
notice in educational sector. More function will be added in terms
of the improvement of infrastructure and development of internet
technology.
